Fix your listing, dispute a score, or request removal

The London, Ontario Senior Care Guide is an independent directory of aged care businesses in the region. Every listing draws from publicly available business information. Scores are calculated from Google reviews using a single, fixed rubric that applies equally to all businesses. Listing here is always free, and no payment can ever change a score or how your business ranks. This page explains how to correct details, challenge a score, or ask for your listing to be removed. Corrections to factual details

Your business name, address, phone number, website, opening hours, and service offerings can all be corrected. To update any of these fields, provide the correct information along with a source we can verify it against, such as your website or your Google Business Profile. Once verified and applied, the correction stays in place through future data refreshes.

Disputing a score

Scores are never edited by hand. A dispute tells us that something in the data behind your score is wrong: the listing may be matched to the wrong business, reviews may be attributed to you incorrectly, or a summary may misstate what reviewers actually wrote. When you dispute, we re-examine the sources and rebuild your listing from scratch. A dispute is not a request for a higher number; it is a claim that the data itself is wrong.

Removal requests

Listings are removed if the business is permanently closed, is a duplicate entry, or falls outside the scope of this directory. Our monthly re-verification cycle automatically detects and removes closed businesses. If your business is active and accurately listed within our scope, a removal request will be declined, and you will be told why plainly.

How fast we respond

Every correction, dispute, or removal request is acknowledged within 5 business days. Removals that are confirmed are completed within 7 days. Requests that are declined come with an explanation of the reason.
